Kelly, MS CCC-SLP
Speech – Language Pathologist
Since 2017
I am dedicated to developing daily, functional communication abilities through working closely with clients and families. I completed my undergraduate and graduate studies at University of Connecticut, where I received my Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. During this time, I discovered my passion for research in the areas of speech production and early language development.

My specialty is in the area of motor speech disorders, particularly Childhood Apraxia of Speech, as well as articulation/phonology disorders and use of augmentative-alternative communication (AAC) devices. Previous experiences in a private clinic, skilled nursing facilities, and public schools have provided me with the ability to support communication skills with a variety of disorder types and ages, ranging from infants to the geriatric population. I believe in keeping assessment and therapy family-friendly and client-directed in a supportive environment, while also providing clients and families with current resources and information to make them experts in their area of need. I feel extremely lucky to develop long-lasting relationships with and learn more about the clients and families I work with each day.

As a New York native from a bustling family of seven, my move to Denver in August of 2015 opened my eyes to a whole new set of adventures. I enjoy camping, hiking, and attending live music shows with a group of fellow transplants. Watching the New York Giants and playing in basketball, volleyball, and kickball leagues keeps me busy while anxiously awaiting March Madness basketball, Go Huskies!
